Your calendar shows everything scheduled across platforms so you always know what’s going live, when. Scheduling is built into each creative — no juggling spreadsheets.

Basics

  • Default time: 8:00 AM in your timezone (you can change per post).
  • One creative can publish to multiple platforms; Draftovo adapts sizing per platform.
  • Rescheduling updates the calendar instantly.

How to schedule 1) Open a creative and click Schedule. 2) Select date/time and platforms. 3) Save. The creative moves to Scheduled and appears on the calendar.

Editing

  • Need to change tomorrow’s post? Click it on the calendar and adjust time or caption.
  • Regenerating a scheduled creative resets it to Generated (safety), so schedule again after edits.

Tips

  • Aim for a consistent cadence (e.g., 1/day). Draftovo’s weekly drops make this easy.
  • Add platform‑specific tweaks: LinkedIn often prefers 4:5 images and paragraph breaks; Instagram leans square.
