You can cancel your subscription any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the cycle end date shown in Settings → Billing.
How to cancel 1) Go to Settings → Billing. 2) Click Cancel and follow the short flow. We ask for a reason so we can improve.
Refunds
- If you didn’t get value from the last charge, reach out. For eligible cases we can refund the most recent invoice.
- One‑click refunds for “didn’t get value” may appear in the cancel flow for some plans. If not visible, email support@draftovo.ai and we’ll help.
Data after cancel
- Your brand kit, creatives, and history remain available while your account is active. After the period ends, you can export data or reactivate.
