Need more capacity or scheduling features right away? You can upgrade from Starter to Pro mid‑cycle; changes take effect immediately.
What happens when you upgrade
- Pro features unlock right away (calendar, scheduling, higher allowances).
- We prorate the price difference for the remaining days in your current cycle.
- Your renewal date stays the same; future renewals bill at the new plan.
How to upgrade 1) Go to Settings → Billing. 2) Click Change plan → Pro. 3) Confirm. You’ll see a confirmation and new limits immediately.
Downgrading later
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal to avoid disrupting your scheduled content. You can continue using Pro features until then.
